Last updated: August 23, 2025

  1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website https://www.zwiss-travel.ch and all services provided by Zwiss GmbH. By accessing the Website, making a booking, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Services

Zwiss GmbH provides travel-related services, including guided tours, excursions, and travel experiences, as well as event and activity bookings. We also arrange transportation and accommodation through selected partners and provide general customer support services. All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on seasonal, logistical, or operational factors.

  1. User Obligations

When using our Website or services, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information for all bookings and enquiries. You are responsible for ensuring that you hold valid travel documents such as passports, visas, health records, and insurance when required. You agree to comply with all applicable laws in Switzerland and in your travel destinations. You further agree not to misuse the Website for fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful purposes.

  1. Bookings and Payments

A booking is considered binding once you receive written or email confirmation from Zwiss GmbH. All payments are processed securely through Datatrans AG and Worldline Switzerland AG, both of which are PCI-DSS-certified providers. Zwiss GmbH does not store your full payment card details.

All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise stated. Prices may be adjusted due to exchange rate fluctuations, government taxes or fees, or price changes imposed by partner providers such as airlines, hotels, or tour operators.

  1. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled event. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event may result in the full booking amount being charged.

Refunds for valid cancellations will be processed within three business days to the original payment method via Datatrans AG or Worldline Switzerland AG.

If Zwiss GmbH cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as safety concerns, insufficient participants, or force majeure, you will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost.

If you fail to attend a booked event without prior cancellation, this will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

  1. Modifications

You may request modifications to your booking, such as changes to the date or time, up to 24 hours before the scheduled event. Modifications are subject to availability, and Zwiss GmbH reserves the right to decline requests if they are not operationally feasible.

  1. Liability

Zwiss GmbH acts as an intermediary for some services provided by third parties, such as airlines, hotels, or transport operators. Although we select our partners with care, we are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service failures attributable to third parties.

We are not responsible for service disruptions caused by Datatrans AG, Worldline Switzerland AG, or Cloudflare. Liability for minor negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by Swiss law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or mandatory consumer protections under Swiss law.

  1. Force Majeure

Zwiss GmbH is not liable for interruptions or cancellations of services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such events may include natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, government restrictions, political unrest, or technical failures of third-party providers.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, images, graphics, videos, designs, and logos, is the property of Zwiss GmbH or licensed third parties. Any reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

  1. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which is available on the Website. The Policy explains in detail how your data is collected, used, and protected, and it includes the full cookie table.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of Zwiss GmbH, subject to mandatory provisions of consumer protection law.

  1. Amendments

Zwiss GmbH reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be published on the Website. Continued use of the Website or services after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
